I recently spent two days with fellow Key Realty leaders, discussing the challenges facing our industry, our responsibilities to the agents we serve, and the importance of continuing to grow as leaders.
Near the end of our second day, our instructor made an observation about the cohesiveness of our group that really stayed with me.
It got me thinking about the difference between talking about company culture and actually experiencing it.
It also reminded me why investing in the people who support others is so important.
