Melissa Selvig-Mantilla is a REALTOR®, Associate Broker, and Regional Manager with Key Realty in West Michigan. She works with buyers and sellers while also teaching and supporting real estate professionals through Love the Mitten.
Important decisions are often made before every answer is available. Melissa’s role is to help people understand the options, tradeoffs, and next steps without taking the decision away from them.
Experience that informs the work
Melissa has worked in Michigan residential real estate since 2016 and with Key Realty since 2018. Her client work is centered in the Grand Rapids area, including Jenison, Grandville, and nearby communities.
Before real estate, she spent more than two decades in banking and credit unions, working across consumer lending, operations, service, leadership, and team development. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Grand Valley State University.
