Building Relationships, Leadership Skills, and a Stronger Industry: My GRARLA Experience

The day I walked into my first GRAR Leadership Academy session, I thought I was simply there to enhance my professional skills. Little did I know I was about to embark on a transformative journey that would reshape my entire perspective on leadership in our industry.

From the very beginning, our GRARLA class gelled in a way that was almost magical. We were a group of driven professionals, each committed to learning and growing together. One of the most eye-opening moments for me came during an observation of a board of directors meeting.
